Larry joins the Chocobar Cortés family with nearly three decades of experience in various facets of the restaurant industry from his work as a Chef, Manager, Consultant, Event Planner, and College Professor of Hotel & Restaurant Management; from high-volume corporate dining chains, independent restaurants, cafés, Broadway Theater bar systems and private practice.  He’s proud and ecstatic to be at the helm of Chocobar Cortés NYC, bringing the Chocobar Experience to the New York restaurant scene.
