Carlos is the youngest of the 4th generation Cortés brothers. He has lived in New York City since 2005, recently completing his MD/ MBA from NYU. Following the success of Chocobar Cortés, Carlos joined the family business to revamp the brand image and experience. He is currently in the process of expanding Chocobar Cortés beyond its Old San Juan location. His motivation is to share with the world this unique family chocolate experience that is a part of Caribbean culture and cuisine.
